Principles, not policies

Every decision at DivyCHI flows from a small set of foundational facts that define what intelligence actually is in existence.

Observe reality before generating conclusions. Intelligence must first understand what exists, before deciding what is true or valuable.

Resolve contradictions first; optimization comes later. A system becomes intelligent by reducing internal conflict.
